Yes, that’s not far from the truth :)

In Dutch we have the word Klank for sound. But Geluid is also sound.

I think Klank is hard to translate. In English we have sound and tone. Klank is more like timbre, but not 100%. Difficult, we need an expert translator :)

Analog instruments are very expressive indeed. Something which is missing in synths and samplers. But that has value as well I think. But as a player I have always preferred analog. However virtual synths are great to use on a laptop. And I like that a lot too :)

I love this one. What a great guitar line. There is a stereotype that people in the south pronounce guitar “geetar”
but now I see that if we were Dutch, we could call it “gitaar”, which is a pretty cool way to say it.

When I hear things like this then I wish I played analog instruments better, because you get an immediacy which is hard to create virtually.

The short length is perfect for this one–and the picture is dynamite.

Erg lekkere groove en een mooi eerbetoon. Door de combinatie van muziek en beeld ontstaat er weer een hele nieuwe dimensie. Bovendien passen de eenvoud van de gitaarsolo en van deze mooie zwart-wit foto erg goed bij elkaar. Goed gedaan! More jazzo music is altijd welkom! :)

Ok, my Dutch to english translator says klankbeeld means “consonance picture”.

which means umm, OK MARCO WHAT DOES IT MEAN? ;(

besides that..more of this please (the music that is) It’s great.

I wish I could tune into the station and understand it..Of course, people can hardly understand me when I speak “english”, but you get the picture.
