I really like that mildly glitchy intro beat that begins this piece, and then by the end the cool synth/keyboard line really works very well. It’s a smooth way to “see” the lights in the photo.

By coincidence, I was just writing to a weblog friend about the topic of “burlesque”, and now I see your post features a beeld which has lighting which might be appropriate to some kind of show.

I was asked by a friend recently to do a song with a burlesque sound for a short animated film he is doing. This is by no means “first nature” to me, as my music is, as you know, a bit different from that.

After a few failed tries, I finally married a couple of freesound tracks, tweaked them together, and came up with
my own flawed try at a burlesque.

I offer it as an alternative klankbeeld about what the floodlights show!
